| description | This article shows the Theory of the Developed Systems applied to the educative organizations as a possible Theory of the organizations maturity. This theory considers the institutional maturity as an infrequent study aim, but important for the Educative Organization. It is clear from its analysis a different way of perceiving and understanding any human system, including the person, groups, institutions and in a special way the educative organizations and teaching institutions. Together with the school efficiency or the organizations that learn, it could maybe considered the organizations that mature and more specifically what is understood by this concept, from what it depends on, in which field to support the necessary innovation projects and the way to redefine the efficiency and the learning of the organizations aboye mentioned. We expect that the organizational understanding will consider, from an axiologic perspective, the organizations that evolve towards a definition of basic aptitudes of the institutional maturity and definitively, towards the possibility of organizing an Educational Organization focused on the conscience. |
