| description | The article analyzes the main scientific and methodological principles of public administration of cardiac care in Eastern Podillya in the context of the strategy of sustainable development of the region. On the basis of the conducted researches recommendations on improvement of theoretical and practical bases of management of cardiological service of Eastern Podillya taking into account a social, economic and ecological components are offered. At the present stage, the main ways and methods of implementing scientific, methodological and practical principles of development of cardiology services should be: preventive orientation; availability, continuity (e.g. e-Health system) and free of charge; quality of medical care; combination of scientific-methodical and practical approaches in the provision of cardiac care; training of medical personnel, the level of their accreditation. In order to improve the mechanisms of state and regional regulation of the cardiac care system, it is necessary to use the functional and organizational model developed in 2016 by V.M. Kornatsky and D.M. Moroz. This model of improving cardiac care provides an opportunity to ensure timely management decisions for resources and staffing, differential use of the model at any level of health care; scientific substantiation of programs in preventive medicine; the work of public organizations to preserve and promote the health of citizens. The addition of new elements of existing systems of state regulation of cardiac care at the regional level, leads to its better optimization. |
