description | One of the most important concerns in research organizations is to convert the research projects to production. In this research, after study the theoretical foundation of research with field surveys about exiting problems in the field of transfer technology to industry, explained management requirements for technology transfer from Research Organizations of Armed Forces to Defense Industries, including the definition of samples industrial research and implementation phases of a research project to investigate and discussed. Then according to the identified problems and comparative studies by considering of the type of technology transfer patterns of industrialized countries and Iran and the successful organizations of research, initial proposal pattern is proposed. The questionnaire is validated by using the opinions of 40 experts in the form of the questionnaire and analyzing the collected data by average and Binomial test methods. The Cornbrash's Alpha obtained for the model was 0.901. The final pattern is including of eight basic steps in the technology transfer process from armed forces research organizations to defense industries. Therefore this pattern is executable and applicable pattern based on local conditions of the country. |
