Summary:This study is done to investigate the heads of Imam Khomeini relief committees' personality traits (extroversion-introversion) relationship with their professional skills (technical, human, and cognitive).In this regard Eysenck theory and character standard test were used to measure the extroversion-introversion issues. According to this model, these traits were generalized into three factors: Extrovision, neuroticism, and life detector. The research is field and descriptive correlation. It is a case study. The statistical population consists of all the heads of Imam Khomeini relief committees throughout the country which is 595 people. The research instrumentation is the questionnaire. Upon collecting and analyzing the data, the results were examined through descriptive and referential statistics. The results showed that there is positive and significant relationship between extroversion, introversion with technical skills. The results also showed that there is no significant relationship between the demographic traits and managers professional skills. At the end some suggestions have been made.
