| description | The article deals with the identification of the promoters of local participatory experiments in Spain (and especially in Andalusia) during the first decade of the current century. It establishes that different N-large studies ascribe to civil society a very variable part in this promotion, ranging from common to rare. It follows with an analysis of the possible reasons of these relevant variances. The differences of context are first observed, but finally they don't prove to be a valid explanatory factor. Correlations between the identity of the promoters and others specificities of the participatory mechanisms listed are also researched but will not be found. Then this article analyzes differences between the methods of research, that eventually will result much more useful to explain the observed variances. This leads us to bring some suggestions to improve the knowledge of the identity of the promoters of local democratic innovations. |
