It exists indeed a political economy of the area of intellectual property law and of intellectual property rights also. The approach of the said area in light of the political economy does not mean to analyse any dispute of intellectual property law in light of ’Law and Economy’ doctrine. Notwithstanding, ’Law and Society’ and ’Law and Economy’ doctrines constitute some of the silent methodological ingredients employed by scholars to capture the core of our Time. |
