description The purpose of the present review to submit the analysis of a current state of a problem of postoperative anesthesia and to systematize data on analgetichesky efficiency of nonsteroid anti-inflammatory preparations (NPVP). Safety issues of a ketorolak in comparison with other NPVР are discussed. The conclusion that ketorolak - a preparation with very favorable combination of powerful analgetic action and good tolerance is drawn. Clinical trials and a wide experience of application of a ketorolak allow to consider that it is a choice preparation for treatment of postoperative pain of average and moderate intensity.
