This paper aims to show that the differences in development among different countries are their institutional theory travel , to raise rates of economic growth rates ;Algeria, like other countries, has adopted many structural reforms, focusing on the content of institutional reforms and their role in economic growth, and dropping this on the situation in Algeria and the extent to which institutional reforms have been implemented for the period (2009/2019) have been implemented through the analytical descriptive approach, and the study concluded that they have not built institutions at a level of professionalism and responsibility in various, growth is not guaranteed, but development can take a random approach.
