Description
Summary:ABSTRACT: The proposed work addresses current and contemporary issues, violence against women and their social evolution to the present day. Through a bibliographical and documentary analysis, has as main objective to analyze the different perspectives in which the woman was inserted as a victim and as a criminal and her reflections in the legal world, especially the criminal, taking into account historical, cultural and social rights. The results revealed that women are historically discriminated directly or indirectly as subjective and social beliefs about their role in society are present. It was possible to find out that even nowadays women suffer constant violations of their rights, since some patriarchal visions are still embedded in our society and generate reflexes in the legal world.
