Spontaneously, passing through many astrays and problems caused by political and economic development especially in the area of transition countries and at the global level, culture is detected as a "winded passage" through which it will be possible to bring fresh air into other areas of political and economic activity. From the point of view of sustainable development, there is an increasing need for a specific discipline such as economics of culture and its practical application in all forms of social action. In order to better explain this problem, the work aims to highlight the importance of good governance in the culture, the business marketing view of culture as well as the effect of three different sectors in the promotion of culture and cultural policy. |
