Summary:Tourism is an ancient activity, which took in the twentieth century a global dimension. It is now a fundamental economic sector in many developed and developing countries, making them a key factor in their development. This led the Algerian legislator to find ways to protect the tourist property even when it was acquired , some of these methods were organized according to general rules such as pre-emption and expropriation for the benefit of the public interest. The amicable agreement studied was subject to special rules, underlining its importance through the law 03/03 .
