According to literature PRES relating to preeclampsia tends to present better evolution and reversibility but there is limited about the prognosis in pregnancies after in vitro fertilization. We present a 40-year-old thalassemia minor primigravida who developed PRES soon after delivery, who had a history of assisted reproductive method by in vitro fertilization ensuing twin pregnancy. |
