The most constant imaging findings in target organs: Liver (Hepatic Cirrhosis), Kidneys (Nefromegaly) are described and compared with pathological findings in one case. In the presence of confusing clinical manifestations, radiological findings of hepatic cirrhosis in infants associated with renal involvement are almost diagnostic of this entity |
