Summary:In publishing the comparative analysis of patients with gallstone disease with metabolic syndrome and without. Found, that in the presense of metabolic syndrome surgery performed on aggravated polymorbidity background, which makes it difficult for comorbidities and affects the quality of life in the postoperative period. That's why, it is critical to improve the immediate and long-term results of surgical treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome and gallstone disease by optimizing the operational tactics and observed of patients in the postoperative period.
