| Summary: | To bring the historical relic for the exploitation and utilization of uninhabited islands under the administration of law is an important part of strengthening the comprehensive management of uninhabited islands under the new situation.Based on the "Island Protection Law of the People′s Republic of China", and the present situation of development and utilization and management of the historical relic for the exploitation and utilization of uninhabited islands in China, this paper revealed the fundamental cause of the problem of the historical relic for the exploitation and utilization of uninhabited islands from three aspects of management right responsibility, development mode and supervision, analyzed the restricting factor of promoting the disposal of the problem, and put forward suggestions to bring historical relic for the exploitation and utilization of uninhabited islands into administration according to law, for providing reference for state and local island authorities to make management decisions.
