采用密闭试管消解水样,用分光光度法比色测定COD,并将有机碳转化为二氧化碳,利用三乙醇胺(TEA)吸收CO2以pH计间接测定DOC.应用该方法测定了印染废水、医疗废水、地表水、葡萄糖水溶液等4种样品的COD和DOC,结果表明该方法具有良好的重现性(RSD<10%)和较高的回收率(95%~107%),且与标准方法测定的结果一致....
