description | The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between boundaryless career with employability and the mediating role of career competencies. It was a correlational study. The statistical population of the study included all employees of industrial-production companies in Isfahan. From the population, 192 employees were selected through convenience sampling. Boundaryless Career Attitudes, Dispositional Measure of Employability, Self-information, Breadth of Internal and External Networks and Career-job-related Skills Scale were applied in order to collect data. The results showed that knowing why competency was a partial mediation in the relation of boundaryless mindset with employability but didn't have mediating role in the relation of organization mobility preference and employability. Knowing whom competency was a partial mediation in the relation of boundaryless mindset and organization mobility preference with employability. Knowing how competency was a partial mediation in the relation of boundaryless mindset with employability and full mediation in the relations of organization mobility preference with employability.
