The subject of the study is about the vernacular architecture of the city of Bari, particularly the historic center, called Bari Vecchia. the work methodology adopted is to choose a characteristic building to evaluate the various constructive criteria adopted and see how to employ new comfort strategies. in addition, in this phase, the social and economic context is determined to see how it interferes with construction. in the results we must take into account the strategies proposed by the climate 6.0 program, evaluate them and then think of an architectural design that is the set of previous analyzes. in conclusion, given the results obtained from the architectural design, will be deduced with new possible techniques of intervention on the architectural heritage of the historical helmets to improve the point of view of the envelope, economic and social.
Resumen
El tema de estudio tratado es sobre la arquitectura vernácula de la ciudad de Bari, en particular del casco histórico, llamado Bari Vecchia. La metodología de trabajo adoptada es elegir un edificio característico para evaluar los varios criterios constructivos adoptados y ver como emplear nuevas estrategias de confort. Además, en esta fase, se determina el contexto social y económico para ver como interfiere en la construcción. En los resultados hay que tener en cuenta de las estrategias que propone el programa Climate 6.0, evaluarlas y luego pensar a un diseño arquitectónico que sea el conjunto de las análisis previa. En conclusión, dados los resultados obtenidos del diseño arquitectónico, serán deducidos con nuevas posibles técnicas de intervención sobre el patrimonio arquitectónico de los cascos histórico para mejorar el punto de vista de la envolvente, económico y sociales. |
