Description
Summary:Taking a certain kaolin in the south as the object, based on the study of sample properties, the influence of factors such as pH value, sodium sulfonate dosage, oxalic acid dosage, pulp concentration, temperature and other factors on the whiteness of kaolin was systematically investigated. The results show that the kaolin belongs to sandy kaolin, and the iron-containing minerals that affect the whiteness are mainly hematite, magnetite and rutile; under the optimal test conditions for iron removal and whitening, the Fe2O3 content is 0.46%. Kaolin product with a brightness of 80.82%; Provide technical support for the development and utilization of the kaolin mine.
