Summary:Article is devoted to the building of e-learning courses in the learning management system Moodle in the context of blended learning for the development of the students’ creative initiative in using of informational technology resources. Phenomena «informational interaction» and «students’ creative initiative in using of informational technology resources» are defined. An experiment that confi rms the effectiveness of this approach to the organization of student’s self-study is described.
