| Summary: | The article is aimed at highlighting the approaches and methods of analysis of social infrastructure of regions. It is noted that social infrastructure is a sphere that includes a wide range of industries that provide recreation and comfortable human existence. The following quantitative and qualitative methods of economic analysis are considered: system approach, cluster analysis, situational analysis, wavelet analysis, statistical approach, statistical analysis, qualimetric analysis, dialectical analysis, regional analysis. Their advantages have been generalized in the context of research on the level of social infrastructure development. The qualitative method of analysis of branches of social infrastructure according to the axes of «the State property – private property» and of «macro-level – meso-level» is suggested, providing the opportunity to find the most optimal proportions between the State-owned and private enterprises, as well as between the national and the local management. |
