description | Objective To evaluate the mind map mode in the quality improvement of nursing handovers for critically ill patients with respiratory diseases. Methods Totally 54 critically ill patients with respiratory diseases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 27 cases in each group. Patient in both observation group and control group received routine care during the treatment period, and a mind map mode was applied in the nursing handovers in the observation group. The incidence of complications and quality of nursing handovers were measured and compared between groups. Results The unqualified rates of nursing handovers, risk assessment, health education and nursing document writing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but no significant difference was found(P>0. 05). Conclusion The mind map mode is potentially effective to improve the quality of nursing handovers for critically ill patients with respiratory diseases. (目的 观察思维导图模式在呼吸内科危重症患者护理交接班中的应用效果。方法 54例呼吸内科危重症患者根据入院时间分为对照组和观察组。治疗期间, 对照组27例患者接受常规呼吸内科护理干预措施; 观察组在对照组基础上, 运用思维导图模式提升护理交接班质量。记录两组患者并发症发生情况, 评估两组护士护理交接班质量。结果 观察组交接顺序、风险评估、健康教育、护理记录书写方面分不规范次数少于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组, 但差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 思维导图模式能够提升呼吸内科危重症患者护理交接班质量, 对降低并发症发生风险具有积极意义。) |
