to existing research questions. A possible way of entering into this
conversation seems to be a reflection on questions of how digital analyses
critically question basic concepts of linguistics and literary studies and thus
sharpen their definition. In this paper, we are going to address such questions
based on the example of text segmentation which forms
the basis for many analyses, and which can be used, albeit in different ways, as a foundation for both reading and computational processing of text. We are taking exemplary issues
from linguistic and literary segmentation practice as a vantage point for
discussion in this paper. |
