| Summary: | The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship<br />between managerial skills and group effectiveness in subordinate offices<br />in Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare in Sanandaj city. The<br />research method was correlation survey. The statistical population<br />included all the Cooperative organizations, Labour and Social Welfare<br />and subsidiary organizations in Sanandaj city. Using Cochrane formula<br />244 people through sample ratio stratified random sampling were chosen<br />as the sample size. To gather the data two researcher made<br />questionnaires were used (managerial skills and group effectiveness). To<br />analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics the SPSS software,<br />for model fitting and structural equations the LISREL software were<br />used. The results showed that there was a positive significant relationship<br />between the managerial skill and communication, leadership, teaming<br />and decision-making with group effectiveness. |
