description The social representations always „incorporate” different kinds of ideas into individuals’ everyday practice. Finally a complex relationship of mutual influence settles between the psychosocial entities. This relationship is marked, at a fundamental level, by the nature of the respective situations: the representations determine the practice in situations in which individuals present a high autonomy or an emphasized affective load, whereas practice-at there turn-metamorphoses the representations in situations that present strong restraints and social obligations.
