Summary:This paper introduces the methodology of autobiographic-narrative interview created by Fritz SCHÜTZE. The procedure of interview analysis is illustrated using a case study about a female "Indian" activist who is involved in religious and grass roots organizations of the Otomi-"Indians" living in the central highlands of Mexico. The study investigates the link between individual and social processes of cultural change.
