| Summary: | [Purpose/Significance] This article generalizes the research status of big data-enabled price discrimination, summarizes the research characteristics, in order to better serve the development practice of digital economy. [Method/Process] This paper adopted the research method of bibliometrics and subject analysis, summarized the existing nature definition of big data-enabled price discrimination, analyzed algorithm ethics, algorithm power, algorithm governance, data rights, information protection, user privacy, market abuse, gaming behavior, antitrust research under the background of big data-enabled price discrimination from the perspectives of algorithms, data, and platforms. [Result/Conclusion] The current domestic research on big data-enabled price discrimination has the following characteristics: problem research keeps pace with the times; multidisciplinary research has become normal; pay attention to learning from foreign experience.The future development trend：Strengthening empirical research, interdisciplinary cooperative research, paying attention to research at the technical level, and expanding research in the legal field can improve the depth and breadth of big data maturity.
