This system is also widely used in Portugal, where it is mandatory in the case of essential public services. In Argentina, following the Spanish model, regulations were issued to regulate its operation and was established only at the national level,in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. For all this, it is intended to comment as it is regulated in each country, to mention some particular procedural issues of this special arbitration, to show some differences, to conclude with some conclusions. |
