The authors have structured the study on two panels. The first one regards a short political history of the events that led to the candidacy of Klaus Iohannis and the second one analyzes the evolution of the opinion polls for the first two candidates with chances to enter in the second round of the elections: Victor Ponta and Klaus Iohannis.
