Research on low-level Zn2+ removal from water by the heavy metal capturing agent DTCR(重金属捕集剂DTCR对水中微量Zn2+的处理研究)
针对重金属离子采用常规处理难以达标的问题,本文选用重金属离子捕集剂二硫代氨基甲酸型螯合树脂DTCR,对水中微量Zn2+进行深度处理研究.研究结果表明:pH值的影响最大,在pH 7.0~8.0范围内,处理效率较为理想,而pH值的进一步升高反而会使Zn2+再次溶出;DTCR的投加量为1.1倍剂量比时可使含Zn2+废水有最好的处理效果;反应时间20 min后,Zn2+的去除达到稳定;温度对处理效果影响不大,一般而言30~50 ℃时处理效果较为适宜;多种重金属的共存也会影响到Zn2+与DTCR的络合反应.通过DTCR处理后,含Zn2+废水残留浓度可降至1.0 mg • L-1以下,去除率达到85%以上...
