Summary:In this paper the procedure of obtaining of high purity magnesium by using the vacuum distillation process has been shown. Vacuum distillation process has been conducted under low and high vacuum at different operating temperatures and times. Also, the condenser structure in vacuum equipment is set up in such a way to get the optimal conditions for obtaining of high purity magnesium. Based on experimental results, optimal process parameters were determined which justify the economy and technology of the process.
