| Summary: | This article discusses the possibility of taking the cinema as a productor/transformer element of the social imaginary. Considering that the cinema is not only the production and exhibition of movies, it will be possible understand the production of new subjectives, through the study of whole phenomenon around this vehicle. From the discourses regarding about cinema, in terms of its exhibition, it will be possible checking the changes occurred in the everyday life, into the urban space of the city of Florianópolis during the 1940’s and 1950’s. |
