Summary:The efficiency of nerve selective fasciculotomy in patients with infantile cerebral palsy (ICP) with mephitic upper extremity spasticity was studied.17 patients underwent 29 selective fasciculotomy operations of n. musculocutaneus and/or n. ulnaris and n. medianus at different levels. To objectify the surgery outcomes functional tests and electroneuromyography were used.All patients showed actual improvement of functional indicators, including elimination of pathological contracture.
