Physical findings of crowned dens syndrome
Abstract If meningitis is suspected, head computed tomography is performed before cerebrospinal fluid collection. Crown dens syndrome can be diagnosed using simultaneous CT scans of the head and neck. Thus, unnecessary CSF tap test can be avoided.
