The combination of issues concerning future generations and agricultural activities, despite their undeniable relevance, has been a gap in scientific research in the legal area. The objective of this article is to discuss the legal consideration of future generations and determine their influence on the Agrarian Law, in particular with regard to land ownership. We conclude that the legal consideration of future generations is imperative observance in the context of sustainability and is able to reframe the notion of land ownership. |
