The solutions are found using the Laplace transform with respect to time <inline-formula><graphic file="1687-1847-2011-930297-i1.gif"/></inline-formula>, the Hankel transform with respect to the radial coordinate <inline-formula><graphic file="1687-1847-2011-930297-i2.gif"/></inline-formula>, the finite Fourier transform with respect to the angular coordinate <inline-formula><graphic file="1687-1847-2011-930297-i3.gif"/></inline-formula>, and the exponential Fourier transform with respect to the spatial coordinate <inline-formula><graphic file="1687-1847-2011-930297-i4.gif"/></inline-formula>. Numerical results are illustrated graphically.</p>
