Man is a creature of God and his purpose becomes the glorification of the Creator in the creative work. Man can find his salvation in work and pray. Religious Ethics establish its own rules regarding acceptable and prohibited professions regulated the labor relations. Time-wasting is considered a sin, religious texts called for work. Exploring religious traditions M. Weber found that the «spirit» of entrepreneurship, capitalism, professional discipline, austerity can be found primarily in the religious minorities.
