The central features considered were the existence of a personal nucleus involved in the conformation of the professional, the temporal and relational process of conformation of the identity, the unique characteristics of their identity: knowledge of a discipline, capacity to transmit it, commitment with the tasks, the knowledge and the people, and the demands towards themselves and others. </span> |
