Love is the most important emotion between the protagonists and it has a major influence on the romance’s plot. The article is focused on five stages of love: look, conversation, touch, kiss and coitus. This article refers to texts written by: Hieronim Morsztyn, Wacław Potocki, Adam Korczyński and Elżbieta Drużbacka.
