Summary:Goal: to improve the results of physical rehabilitation of football players of 18-24 years old with intra-articular injuries of the ankle joint at the outpatient stage by optimizing and increasing the effectiveness of the differentiated use of rehabilitation measures that were introduced into the training process. Material and methods: the basis of the work was the results of observation of 36 football players, which were carried out in the clinic of the Mir Majid Erslan medical center in Beirut (Lebanon). Results: the research data indicate that with a positive dynamics of changes in the functional state of the victims of both clinical groups, they are more pronounced and significantly better results were obtained in the victims of the main group who underwent physical rehabilitation according to our program. Conclusions: the analysis of the results of the study showed that with a positive dynamics of changes in the functional state of the victims of both clinical groups, they are more pronounced and significantly better results were obtained in the victims of the main group who underwent physical rehabilitation according to the proposed program. In addition, the victims of the main group at the same time and volume of observation indicated indicators were better than the control group.
