social relations. The term socialist realism was first used by Gronsky in Literaturnaya Gazyetta
(Literary Newspaper) published in the Soviet Union on May 23, 1932.
The Great October Socialist Revolution ushered in a new era in human history, the
epoch of socialism. The peoples within the Soviet state were given the right to establish
autonomous republics in 1924, and it was aimed to open a wide and smooth political, economic
and cultural development path for the peoples within the Soviet state. As a result of the Great
October Revolution and after the Socialist Revolution and Leninist national policy, Soviet
peoples' literatures, including Uzbek Soviet literature, was shaped as a new type of literature.
In this study, the emergence and formation of Uzbek Soviet Literature depending on
social and political factors will be discussed. According to the needs of the period, detailed
information will be given about the works written by Uzbek authors. |
