| description | Modern socio-economic conditions of the Russian economy show the need for innovative methods to promote import substitution of agricultural products. The article considers the topical issue of competitive production of meat and dairy products in the regional market of the Irkutsk region. The necessity of the use of innovative investment mechanisms of production processes of enterprises producing dairy products. In order to ensure effective investment activity there is a need in the development and application of methods for the study of supply and demand of the regional market of dairy products that will ensure the efficiency of investments. In the article the author has proposed a mechanism of the study of supply and demand, which, in our opinion, should be used inthe investigation of compliance with proposal dairy products to their demand in the regional market. The practical significance of this method of research of market capacity is to obtain data about the state of the regional market of agricultural products, which is a necessary condition of development of investment projects aimed at ensuring effective activity of agricultural enterprises. |
