Summary:The article is aimed at elaborating a methodical approach to the formation of the system of innovation management of development of enterprises of hotel-restaurant industry. The main problems of the domestic enterprises of hotel-restaurant industry were considered. An analysis of economic essence of the concepts of: «system», «innovations», «management», «development» was carried out and the interrelation between them was determined. The decomposition analysis of the concept of «innovation management of development of enterprises» has been proposed and it has been defined that for the efficient functioning of enterprises of hotel-restaurant industry in conditions of rigid market competition it would be necessary to implement the system of innovation management of enterprise development, the essence of which is formation of a process, aimed at increasing competitiveness, individuality, adaptability, awareness, improvement, cognition, quality, and other characteristics.
