Description
Summary:Nowadays, given increasing crime rates, drug production and trafficking and in general trafficking and illicit drug use have serious consequences in many countries all over the world. Over the years a wide range of cooperative activities between different countries have been carried out to combat this phenomenon. In order to contend with all illegal activities related to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues, the elaboration of normative acts to combat and suppress this phenomenon comes as a normal and natural action and a normal defence of our society, which is so shaken by this phenomenon that sooner or later will turn into the "white death" of mankind. As a result, laws and norms have been enacted both internally and internationally to combat this phenomenon.
