There is shown a number of practical examples of the variants of SEZ, which function in the countries of the world, and also their effectiveness and the gained experience. There is also given a number of suggestions and the necessity on use of the new economic instruments, on transition to the innovation economics and formation of SEZ in Azerbaijan in present conditions is validated. |
