| Summary: | The rule of thumb of emotional resource developing of academic and teaching staff of the higher construction school is discussed in adaptation to the modern educational milieu. Features of training in emotional competencies of building schools lecturers are identified. The analysis developed of the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering psychological center is brought into conformity with requirements of the government program on development of emotional competence of lecturers.<br>Рассмотрен практический способ развития эмоционального ресурса научно-педагогических кадров высшей строительной школы в ситуации адаптации к современной образовательной среде. Выявлены особенности проведения тренингов по эмоциональной компетентности преподавателей строительных вузов. Приведен анализ разработанной психологическим центром МГСУ в соответствии с требованиями ГОС программы по формированию эмоциональной компетентности преподавателей. |
