Summary:With the development of the automobile industry, the performance requirements of the new energy vehicle driving motor for its matching deep groove ball bearings are becoming more and more stringent. Aiming at the problems of lubrication and temperature rise in the use of the deep groove ball bearings for a new energy vehicle drive motor, the reasons found are that the structure of the cage is not convenient for heat dissipation and lack of lubrication. In order to meet the technical requirements and based on the original bearing seal structure used for driving motor, the design method of improving and optimizing the cage structure and the double-lip non-contact seal is put forward. Through the comparison between the example and before optimization, the test verifies that the new structure can realize the good storage of grease, form a reliable oil film, reduce the heat value of the bearings when working, realize the heat dissipation at high speed and get a better optimization design results. The bearings after taking the improvement measures can meet the requirements of customers.
