description | Objective: to identify the educational technologies used and/or validated for people living with hepatitis B. Methods: integrative literature review conducted in the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature, Base de Dados de Enfermagem, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System on-line, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Scopus. Results: the final sample consisted of five articles. Most studies chose as educational technology the mobile apps/websites. Three studies were developed with this feature. One of them used a scale and the other, a comprehensive intervention, with actions, such as technical guidelines, standardized medical care and community involvement. Conclusion: the five studies found that the use of educational technologies was useful for patients with chronic hepatitis B, since issues such as knowledge of the disease, self-efficacy and self-care performance showed significant improvements. |
