The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and cathodoluminescent (CL) spectroscopy. We have also used the Generalised Gradient Approximation (GGA)-the Self Interaction Corrected (SIC) to determine Electronic structure and x ray absorption.
