Summary: | Access to Campo de los Alisos National Park, Sierra de Aconquija, has a varied geological heritage, offering numerous tourist attractions, natural resources and landscapes not yet used in a sustainable way. We present a preliminary inventory of geological interest sites related to Quaternary cryoforms in the region in order to link this geological heritage with educational aims and economic use. The aim is to increase consciousness about the value of this natural area and the same time the wish to enhance the environmental protection of the geological interest sites, and offer this knowledge to specialists in tourism to generate the georesources and geoproducts necessary for tourism activity. Large number of geotopes were identified during the field work.
